EUROPEAIDEFR SAS, a société par actions simplifiée registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 902 458 173, with its registered office at 12 Rue de la Paix, 75002 Paris, attaches fundamental importance to the protection of the personal data of users of europeaidefr.com. This Privacy Policy describes how personal data is collected, processed, and stored, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 (GDPR) and French law no. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 as amended (Data Protection Act).
2. Data controller
The data controller is EUROPEAIDEFR SAS, represented by its President, Mr Antoine Moreau. Any request relating to personal data may be sent by email to contact@europeaidefr.com or by postal mail to the registered office.
3. Data collected
In the context of the access check to the programme, EUROPEAIDEFR SAS collects the following data: first name, last name, and email address. No banking data, no health data, and no sensitive data within the meaning of Article 9 of the GDPR is collected at this stage.
4. Processing purposes
Personal data is collected and processed for the following purposes: (i) sending by email the information relating to the available residential projects; (ii) follow-up of the consultation request; (iii) compliance with the legal and regulatory obligations applicable to EUROPEAIDEFR SAS.
5. Legal basis
Processing is based on the explicit consent of the data subject (Article 6.1.a of the GDPR) as well as on the legitimate interest of EUROPEAIDEFR SAS in providing interested individuals with the information they request (Article 6.1.f of the GDPR).
6. Retention period
Data is retained for a maximum period of thirty-six (36) months from the last contact with the data subject. After that period, it is deleted or anonymised, unless a longer retention period is legally required.
7. Recipients of the data
Data is accessible only to authorised personnel of EUROPEAIDEFR SAS and to its technical subcontractors (hosting, professional email services), all of which are subject to a contractual confidentiality obligation. No data is transferred outside the European Union.
